Zhanseit Tuimebayev

Zhanseit Tuimenbayev (July 8, 1958) – statesman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, diplomat, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey and Albania concurrently, First Chairman of Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation - CIS member states.

He engaged in research and teaching activities. Zh.Tuimebayev worked as assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor at Kazakh State University, Doctor of Philology.

From1993 – he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He held a position of First Secretary and Head of Department. Then he worked in the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey. The, Zhanseit Tyimenbayev was appointed Head of Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Istanbul.

From 1999 - Chief of Protocol of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2004 - Advisor to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Chief of Protocol of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 1, 2006 was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation.

From 19 January, 2007 - Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On October 7, 2010 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey.

On March 3, 2011 Zh,Tuimebayev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Albania concurrently.
