Minister of Information and Communication Dauren Abayev made a report on the applications of television in matters of strengthening national self-awareness.

“Mass media plays a big role in the formation of the national code within the framework of the process of spiritual modernization. According to the results of studies conducted by the Ministry of Information and Communication, Kazakhstanis spend 120 minutes each day watching television to obtain information.
